This is a game based on an old nds game.
If you don't know the nds game, it may be confusing and cryptic.

The game uses a terminal interface and can be played only with a keyboard. Use wasd to move and space to select options. The keybinds can be fully remapped in the settings (go to the keybinds tab by pressing d while hovering back).
